My parents have had continuous issues with their computers.  Being an IT guy (Databases, not computers) I asked the techs in my office for advice for them.  More than a few suggested MalwareBytes along with SuperAntiSpyware.  Upon running MalwareBytes, they lost the ability to connect to the internet.  Searching through the forums, I found several similar reports that had something to do with the malware breaking the Winsock.  All of the fixes of course said they were for that computer alone.  I am looking for similar help... and offering to buy a beer of course.

Attached is a zipped folder containing the log files.  I have enabled "Follow this topic" and will respond quickly throughout the day.  Thanks in advance.
