unable to run Malwarebytes, Chameleon or Rkill

Hi my internet shut down earlier today saying a malicious threat had been found, then when i tried to log back on it started acting strangely so i tried to run Malwarebyte and it wouldn't work - then i googled it found this site and used someone elses advice to try and run Chameleon - (didn't work) and then Rkill - also didn't do anything, I rang the DDS thingo and have attached the report, I am not at all computer savvy - can someone please help me!
