dllhost.exe COM surrogate, multiple files

I have downloaded Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and have activated the trial premium version. Scanned my PC, it picked up and quarantined three trojans. However, I am still receiving multiple malicious website blocked messages with outbound IP's even when I am not online, leading me to believe I am still very much infected. I am still seeing a few dllhost.exe COM surrogates under processes as well. Ran Malwarebytes scan again, and it came up clean. I've downloaded the farbar recovery scan tool and attached the FRST.txt and Addition.txt.
