USB Ports not working, need help

Hi:

 

Is this the same computer as the one on which you're working in the malware removal section here: https://forums.malwarebytes.org/index.php?/topic/163784-im-infected-need-advice/ ?

 

If so, it's confusing and counter-productive to be working on the same system in multiple places.

So, it would be advisable to continue to work with your helper in that other topic, until he gives you the "all clear" for malware.

If other, non-malware issues remain after that, then he will refer you back here, if needed.
