Hello and Welcome!

This is a shot in the dark but a couple things to try... (you are talking about Malwarebytes Anti-Rootkit right?)

You are logged into the computer as an admin right?

First it may be related to having self-protection enabled in Malwarebytes Anti-Malware. Try disabling this option if you have it enabled. Look under Settings => Advanced Settings => and uncheck Enable self-protection module

Reboot for safe measures, then try to delete the folder.
