mabam premium runs overnight warn unable to run, would like restart

I installed MBAM premium, correctly finally into Admin.  Run nightly manually but always find unable to install drivers, pls restart. Next morning to warnings but it did run per log.

Running Norton on local account overnight on schedule

Might this be the problem or might I have a crafty rootkit?

• Please uninstall your current version of MBAM and reinstall the latest build - MBAM Clean Removal Process for version 2x
• If that does not correct the issue, then Please read the following and in your next reply ATTACH the 3 requested logs - Diagnostic Logs

  (the three files should be CheckResults.txt, FRST.txt and Addition.txt)
