Can't remove trojan.gen.2 from my desktop, please help!

Hi everyone. I'm new here.

Recently used Norton to scan my computer after it starting running really slowly and found out that there's a Trojan.gen.2 virus on my computer. I've no idea how to get rid of it and it's seriously causing my computer to run slower and slower.

Any advice on how to solve this issue and get rid of the virus?
