Strange UI issue in MBAM. Take a look at this screenshot, is this normal?

I was hit by some malware a couple of weeks ago, so my attention is heightened.  Can you guys help me verify if this is a possible issue?

 

I see this issue only on the recent version of MBAM's UI do I see the strange "dotted line" surrounding the active dialog box button.  I just want to verify if this is a normal UI feature of MBAM, or if I should suspect another software program doing this.

Note:  IF I click away from MBAM and move focus onto another window, the dotted box around MBAM's OK button disappears.  I do not see the dotted square on any other application.  ONLY MBAM.

Hi:

 

That is called a "focus rectangle" and it is included to help visually-impaired users.

It is normal and expected.

 

(They are used in several programs nowadays.)
