riggers12 Posted January 17, 2015 ID:930158 Share Posted January 17, 2015 hi my computer keeps playing up sometimes it's alright then i in my browser i just get blank pages and going really slow.Also i cant seem to run any programs that are i've downloaded i get various errors like no path file.I've done various scans and found nothing but these problems persist.I'm running xp and firefox hope i can get help thanks. If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.Go to Scanner tab and select Threat Scan, then click Scan.The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient.When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart. (See Extra Note)The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.Copy&Paste the entire report in your next reply.Extra Note: If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove, you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts, click OK to either and let MBAM proceed with the disinfection process, if asked to restart the computer,please do so immediately. Step 3 Download attached fixlist.txt file and save it to the Desktop. NOTE. It's important that both files, FRST/FRST64 and fixlist.txt are in the same location or the fix will not work. Double-click the Removal Tool. Click the cog in the upper right corner: Select down to and including your main drive. Once done please select the Automatic Scan tab and press Start Scan. Allow AVP to delete all infections found. Once it has finished select the Report tab. Select the Detected threats report from the left and press the Save button.
