I was having trouble with a program and deleted it then reinstalled. When I did I ended up with toolbars and other junk ( downloaded from the wrong site ) I managed to rid my machine of everything but one the Better Deals Popup. I ran Malwarebyte's, Spybot search and destroy.in both regular and safe mode. Norton internet security Norton power eraser and even eset on line scanner. The nasty little bugger is still there. I tried to download frst64 as per your page instructions but Norton see's it as a problem and won't let me download. I am running windows 7 and explorer 11. Please keep your reply simple as I am not the brightest bulb on the tree but then again I'm at least lit.

Before we start please note the following:

Analysis and research take some time, also sometimes real life gets in the way, please be patient.

Don't run any scripts or tools on your own, unsupervised usage may cause more harm than good.

That being told, if any evidence of illegal OS, software, cracks/keygens or any other will be revealed, any further assistance will be suspended. If you are aware that there is this kind of stuff on your machine, remove it before proceeding!

The same applies to any use of P2P software: uTorrent, BitTorrent, Vuze, Kazaa, Ares... We don't provide any help for P2P, except for their removal. All P2P software has to be uninstalled or at least fully disabled before proceeding!

Please download and install Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, or re-run it if you already have it installed.

First of all select update.
Once updated, click the Settings tab, in the left panel choose Detctions & protection and tick Scan for rootkits.
Click the Scan tab, choose Threat Scan is checked and click Scan Now.
If threats are detected, click the Apply Actions button. You will now be prompted to reboot. Click Yes.
Upon completion of the scan (or after the reboot), click the History tab.
Click Application Logs and double-click the Scan Log.
At the bottom click Export and choose Text file.

Save the file to your desktop and include its content in your next reply.

Also please switch off Norton for downloading FRST. I assure you it's safe.

The program I was having trouble with was WeatherBug I live in Florida and we do get hurricanes and tornados here so whe it became inop I deleted it and reinstalled dumb me I picked the wrong site and now have this problem Turns out it wan't me but weather bug that was having the problem

Please run the following, but disable Norton for downloading and the duration of the scan.

Scan with Farbar Recovery Scan Tool

Please download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool x64 and save it to your Desktop.

Right-click on icon and select Run as Administrator to start the tool.
> Windows 8 users will be prompted about Windows SmartScreen protection - click More information and Run.
When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
Make sure that Addition option is checked.
Press Scan button and wait.
The tool will produce two logfiles on your desktop: FRST.txt and Addition.txt.

Please include their content in your next reply.

The first e-mail from you said to download another malwarebytes and had an id and another number to make it a trial version I did just that but the numbers didn't work here is the results of the newest scan By the way I named my computer FBI Ruskin that was to hopefully keep people from hacking my wireless.

The first e-mail from you said to download another malwarebytes and had an id and another number to make it a trial version I did just that but the numbers didn't work

I'm absolutely sure that any e-mails won't contain such things. Trial version doesn't need a key. It was an ad probably.
