removal of new malware from samsung note 4

I just managed to foolishly download a particularly malicious app which I have now discovered is malware.

It has taken over my system and has a flash screen on there that demands money to unlock it!

Trawling the internet I have found some solutions that I have tried, i.e set the Phone to Safe Mode which I have managed to do, however the Flash screen still takes over, only now in code, then I still cant access the setting screen quick enough to get to disable the App's abilities to take command of every thing in the phone.

Any one got any solutions? HELP please this phone is not even a month old!!!
