I believe my Uncles phone was infected by the reveton ransomware virus. He tried downloading some porn on his phone last night and today it locked up with a screen saying he was looking at child porn. It says he can unlock his phone by giving them $300 with a greenpak money card.

I restarted the phone in safe mode. I deleted the files from his downloads folder. I looked through the list of all files\apps and didnt see anything out of the ordinary to delete. I went to settings>security>device manager. The first time i checked this, the android manager was not selected; however, there was also no other 'manager' to be selected. I selected the android manager then restarted the phone. The screen block came back up. I restarted in safe mode again and when i checked the manger list again the android manager was still selected.

Please help me remove this annoying block on my uncles phone. Currently it is running in safe mode so he can make calls and texts but he cant access any of his other apps.
