Cannot open MBAM dashboard

My MBAM premium (version 2.0.4.1028) is set to run on startup.  When I click on the MBAM shortcut the “permission” box comes up.  I click ok (to give MBAM permission to make changes to my system) but the MBAM dashboard does not open.   I ran MBAM chameleon and was able to open the dashboard and run a scan, which came back clean.  So I reinstalled the program and it worked fine…  for a day or two, but now it is back to doing the same thing as before..  not opening the dashboard.    Any ideas on how to fix this?  Thanks

Let's start with some routine troubleshooting:

• Please follow the steps in this pinned topic to uninstall your current version of MBAM and reinstall the latest build - MBAM Clean Removal Process 2x
• If that does not correct the issue, then please read the following and attach to your next reply the 3 requested logs - Diagnostic Logs (the 3 logs are: FRST.txt, Addition.txt and CheckResults.txt) --- NOTE: If you have previously run FRST on this system, please place a check-mark in the "Addition.txt" option before you run it again this time.
