Virus wont let me d/l MBAM or anything like it, Farbar wont either

I get redirected in every search engine to Yahoo - (Malaysia I recently figured out - dont know how I got to that) Laptop is going mega slow and wont let me download Malwarebytes it says its been blocked by windows security - I click run anyway and it says its corrupt and to find another source..then Farbar it says no versions are compatible with my computer, other malware types I have tried like Chameleon it just ignore the attempt to download at all. I am panicking so much as I STUPIDLY havent backed this laptop up. I am going through my exams (Masters) right now and panic is at danger levels right now - any help would be appreciated more than I could tell you Please Help?

Before we start please read and note the following:

• Limit your internet access to posting here, some infections just wait to steal typed-in passwords.
• Please be patient. I know it is frustrating when your PC isn't working properly, but malware removal takes time.
• Don't run any scripts or tools on your own, unsupervised usage may cause more harm than good.

Please download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your desktop.
 
Note: You need to run the version compatibale with your system. If you are not sure which version applies to your system download both of them and try to run them.
Only one of them will run on your system, that will be the right version.

• Double-click to run it. When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
• Press Scan button.
• It will make a log (FRST.txt) in the same directory the tool is run. Please attach it to your reply.
• The first time the tool is run, it makes also another log (Addition.txt). Please attach it to your reply.

I tried to download the Farbar - it said that it Windows smartscreen cant decide if it could run as it could risk my computer - I clicked run anyway, it said the version isnt compatible with my computer, and check with Publisher...I am 64 bit, I checked but tried both anyway, both outcomes are the same, FYI I am BSOD'ing lots whilst studying and despite changing the start up screen back to Chrome and deleting Yahoo in settings repeatedly - it keeps reverting to Yahoo in every search engine.

 

I have no reports to attatch due to not being able to download the Farbar, what should Ido now please?

I open Google Chrome - it goes to Yahoo - when I mess about with it - it takes me to yahoo Malaysia email sign in page - (dont know if thats pertinent - my homepage is set Google chrome), even when I change it in settings and delete the yahoo search engine alltogether. At one point when I tried to d/l malwarebytes - spybot it wouldnt let me - the only way I could get them on was from an external source they arent fixing anything that helps, neither does AVG. They are detecting and removing some things but it makes no difference. My comp is slow - Blu screen of deathing on me and costing me masses of time. I have had 2 error codes at these times one is watchdog violation, and the other - which was only once or twice - I cant remember. Also I cant get into safe mode - to run the same scans - could you please help me? I would be so grateful you would have no idea...I am using windows 8 and on a Toshiba satelite C950-A-1K9 if this helps. Also my home security (F secure) I get with my ISP provider scans say there is no threat - I have had this for almost a Year. Sorry for rambling but I want you to have as much info as poss....I have attatched what I think you want as I was able to get Farbar on the same way as I got the others mentioned above on, thank you for your help so far - what do you reccommend next?
