I have a virus which wont let me download Malwarebytes, or any other kind of malware software either, please help?

I have tried all the usual suspects and it either says files corrupt or just plain ignores my attempt to download, I am in the middle of my Masters exams,please help ASAP, my panic is getting to danger levels now any help would be greatly appreciated.
