I am a AVG user but new Malware user.  AVG scan did not detect infected files.  I ran Malware and found 31 infected files, Reg. Keys see attached.  After removing files and Keys from quarantine computer would not boot past the Window boot up screen and then go to black screen.  I did a restore which allowed me to be operational.  New Malware scan shows same files and Reg. Keys in quarantine after scan but I have not attempted to remove from quarantine again. I sent message to Malware support 6 days ago which was confirmed but have not been contacted further.

Note the detected Trogen.0Access Reg Key.

Any comments or help would be appreciated?

Thanks.

Argus I have been very busy and unable to get back to this.  Also I am curious that since the Malware detected 31 issues per the above screen shots and quarantined them and computer now runs properly is it necessary to do the additional steps per your reply above?

However as originally explained once I tried to delete the Malwarebytes quarantine files I could not boot into windows except in safe mode.  I had to go back to a previous Restore Point in order to get computer operating properly again.

Thanks I yes we will buy you a beer.
