Multiple dllhosts running causing internet explorer pop ups and slow PC

Hi, PC is running super slow and occassional blue screen of death.  I notice there are multiple dllhost.exe *32 running along with dllhost.exe and dllho3t.exe running at times too.  wextract.exe, dplaysvr.exe, upnpcont.exe are the processing hogs.  Please help!  Thanks!
