Hi!

 

I bought the "Pro" version of Malwarebytes yesterday - and after the required restart, it totally froze up during the reboot and would not allow anything to work. 

 

I had to restart using safe mode with networking, and de-install the "pro" version - after which everything worked fine.

 

I'd either like this program to work and not freeze up during reboot =or= get a refund of my money.

 

BTW, the "free" version works just fine.

 

I have all the necessary e-mails to prove my purchase.

 

Let me know what I can do here......

Please reboot the computer into Normal Windows mode.

Then, please read the following and attach to your next reply the 3 requested logs - Diagnostic Logs (the 3 logs are: FRST.txt, Addition.txt and CheckResults.txt)

 

The logs may point to a reason and a possible solution for the system freeze.
