Undetectable virus! Messes up my keyboard and makes it slow

My laptop has a weird virus that Is undetectable.  It basically disabled my keyboard from the start. My keyboard caps lock and num lock key are supposed to flash on and off when I turn on the laptop, but it doesn't.  No keys work only enter sometimes and some other keys but if I press the key that works it inputs something else instead. My computer also randomly acts like if sum one is holding the up key or the / key and it types it and it doesn't stop like "/////////" . Also wen I use onscreen keyboard it makes it not respond. Everything is a mess I don't know what to do. The computer gets super slow at times randomly and it keeps pressing keys I'm not pressing.  I go to device manager ND it shows the keyboard I tried uninstalling it to see if it was the keyboard but it reinstalls after it reboots. And now it's like if I'm right clicking everything but I'm not it does it by itself.  Can some one help please.

 

Ps: i reinstalled windows problem still persists, not a fresh install though because i can't get in bios due to the problem.
