Quick scan & removing malwares

We still testing with the management console, so we setup a policy with a quick scan on one pc but doesn't seem to start. The question we have is since the pc is on but the user not login, it seem that the management console is waiting for a user to log in to start the scan. We check mark " wake computer from sleep. Is it the common behavior ? no user login no scan will start ?


For the removing malwares part, lets pretend in my policy I don't removed threats or quarantine them is there a way from the management console to removed them instead of going physically ( or remote) to that pc?

Manual and scheduled scans sent from the Management Console and policy, respectively, should run even when a user is logged out, as long as the computer is on.


In the Client Pane, can you click on a client that should have run a scheduled scan and look at the System Logs tab?  Then, look around the time the scan should have executed to see if it worked for sure or not.
