Computer running slow, not sure if infected.

My computer is using ~75% ram while in idle, which is obviously not normal. When I restart my computer, it goes back to 5-20% and all is good.  But eventually, it goes to ~75% and everything runs slower. I'm not sure if I'm infected or not, but AVG and MBAM aren't finding anything. Thanks in advance.Addition.txtFRST.txt
