Infection need help please

Hi There

I'm new to the site, and I have the same problem. Im running windows 8.1 and using malwarebytes. each time I scan it picks up a file, Pum.bad.proxy and quarantines it but it keeps coming back. this malware is just throwing up pop up after pop up and is very annoying.

Can anyone please help?
