No one security application can detect 100% of all malware 100% of the time, as new variants appear all the time.
 
If you have a malware sample to submit for possible inclusion in the database, then I suggest the following:

 

OTOH, if you think you might be infected, then I suggest that you please follow the advice in this pinned topic: Available Assistance For Possibly Infected Computers.
It explains the options for free, expert help >>AND<< the preliminary steps to expedite the process.
A malware analyst will guide you through the cleanup process.
