Had a senile moment and fell into on-line download ad-ware trap, broke my own rule and have just run scan malwarebytes software, attached log and after someone to guide me through the steps on how best to extract myself from the proverbial!

 

My First post here,normal response is to delete what malware finds:-

Re-run Malwarebytes premium selected quarantine & deleted, thanks will see what happens on next scheduled scan,

I believe I have corrected settings, the scheduled daily threat check seems to be working well, and the main deep scan scheduled early tomorrow morning, will update shortly, thank you for the reply.
