Malicious website blocked pop ups

I really need help!  I posted back on the 23'd and my system is slowwwww and I keep getting these pop ups.  I've scanned with many different programs to no avail.  I was told I may have a powelik virus.  How do I remove this?  I have the premium malwarebytes.  Please help me I think this has my wifi modem messed up as well.
