Please bear in mind, Skype uses P2P tech and as such, there's a much higher chance of malicious IPs being ID'd (in this case, the offending hostname is still residing on the IP and still involved in malicious activity)

Ohh, so it's the person who's in the Skype group doing Malicious activities? That explains a lot.
