Malicious Website Protection still Disabled

I have updated and restarted . 

i have uninstalled and reinstalled v2.04. That lasted a few  hours.

 

Nothing I do has much effect.

How do I fix this ?

I'm sorry but the Web protection module is not supported on Windows XP x64 as that is a limitation on the underlying OS that Microsoft never saw fit to fully support it like the x86 version. Vista is the first x64 version of Windows that has better support for 64-bit Windows.
