Caino Posted December 11, 2014 ID:918261 Share Posted December 11, 2014 I only downloaded and bought the software today, and after being on the computer for an hour, a blue screen appeared, my computer crashed and a message said look up BAD_POOL_HEADER. When I did this a lot of information on the internet pinpointed to the software I purchased today. If this is the case, please can you help me with this issue. .
