Explorer.exe cant get rid of it

Hello I am having issue with the malware windows/explorer.exe. as well as many other members on this board. I ran malwarebytes and the results state their is no malicious virus yet I keep getting a pop up stating that their is one. I ran tdsskiller I also checked to see if it was a poweliks virus i didnt use a scan but i did use the program that detected it in your system. I am not totally familair with it. This is driving my crazy any help would be greatly appreciated.

Before we start please read and note the following:

• Limit your internet access to posting here, some infections just wait to steal typed-in passwords.
• Please be patient. I know it is frustrating when your PC isn't working properly, but malware removal takes time.
• Don't run any scripts or tools on your own, unsupervised usage may cause more harm than good.

• Always execute my instructions in given order. If for some reason you cannot completely follow one instruction, inform me about that.

That being told, if any evidence of illegal OS, software, cracks/keygens or any other will be revealed, any further assistance will be suspended. If you are aware that there is this kind of stuff on your machine, remove it before proceeding!
The same applies to any use of P2P software: uTorrent, BitTorrent, Vuze, Kazaa, Ares... We don't provide any help for P2P, except for their removal. All P2P software has to be uninstalled or at least fully disabled before proceeding!

Please download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your desktop.
 
Note: You need to run the version compatibale with your system. If you are not sure which version applies to your system download both of them and try to run them.
Only one of them will run on your system, that will be the right version.

• Double-click to run it. When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
• Press Scan button.
• It will make a log (FRST.txt) in the same directory the tool is run. Please attach it to your reply.
• The first time the tool is run, it makes also another log (Addition.txt). Please attach it to your reply.

This fix was created for this user for use on that particular machine.
Running it on another one may cause damage and render the system unstable.

 
Download attached fixlist.txt file and save it to the Desktop:
 
Both files, FRST and fixlist.txt have to be in the same location or the fix will not work!

• Right-click on icon and select Run as Administrator to start the tool.
  (XP users click run after receipt of Windows Security Warning - Open File).
• Press the Fix button just once and wait.
• If for some reason the tool needs a restart, please make sure you let the system restart normally. After that let the tool complete its run.
• When finished FRST will generate a log on the Desktop, called Fixlog.txt.

Well when i did the first scan for farbar yesterday, I didnt see anymore pop ups afterwards which I am grateful for. I didnt want to get too hopeful, but I was still a bit conufused on why I was getting viruses all the time the virus I am referring to affects your network and changes your settings so they hack into the modem you have and change DNS servers. I resetted my modem cleared my caches for firefox and IE  i didnt reinstall them but i did clear them so we will see. I dont see anymore pop ups from malewarebytes now though. Thanks . When I get home I will do another reset and re-install everything and update everything. I really appreciate the help I am very grateful =).

I think I spoke to soon I saw another pop up for explorer.exe again I thought it was gone its not popping up as frequently like it use to.

Please download TDSSKiller by Kaspersky and save it to your desktop.

• Right-click on
• icon and select Run as Administrator to start the tool.

• Click on Change parameters and put a checkmark beside Loaded modules. A reboot will be needed to apply the changes, allow it to do so.
• Your machine may appear very slow and unusable after that - it's normal.
• TDSSKiller will run automaticaly. Click on Change parameters and click OK.
• Click the Start Scan button and wait patiently.
• If anything will be found follow this guidelines:
  • If a suspicious object is detected, the default action will be Skip, click on Continue.
  • If malicious objects are found, they will show in the Scan results - Select action for found objects and offer three options.
    Ensure Cure (default) is selected, then click Continue > Reboot now to finish the cleaning process.
    If Cure is not available, please choose Skip instead.
  • Do not choose Delete unless instructed!
  A report will be created in your root directory, (usually C:\ drive) in the form of TDSSKiller.[Version]_[Date]_[Time]_log.txt. Please include the contents of that file in your next post.

Please download AdwCleaner by Xplode and save the file to your Desktop.

• Right-click on icon and select Run as Administrator to start the tool.
• Wait until the database is updated.
• Accept the Terms of use and click Scan.
• When finished, please click Clean.
• Upon completion, click Report. A log (AdwCleaner[s*].txt) will open.

Please include the contents of that file in your reply.

I am still getting pop ups for explorer now. I thought I fixed my modem, but I am still having issues so I think I still have moon virus or something it is saying it is blocking the explorer virus now for a time it wasn't saying that now it is. I need to try to reset the modem again this is so odd. I am at a loss I will see if I can fix the modem again.

Ok I did a test the site I went on yesterday gave me constant pop ups. Now I am using another network and tried the same site I am not getting anything so I think it is my network now. I thought I cleaned it, but somehow I am still getting viruses or pop ups of blocked websites.
