mouse freezes every few seconds for a split second

I saw others post on this.  I have run the DDS.com util.  Attached are the logs.

 

Any help you can provide would be appreciated.  I have spent at least 5 hours trying to solve this over the course of the last few weeks.  It doesn't matter what mouse I use.  It doesn't matter the connection type, USB or wireless.  It is driving me nuts.

Attached are the logs requested.  I very much appreciate any help you can offer.  This mouse freeze has been plauging me for months now.

The computer shows some signs of infection.

 

I would suggest following the advice from the topic here Available Assistance for Possibly Infected Computers and having one of the Experts assist you with looking into your issue.
