How can that be? All I did was create a new website with WordPress. And I don't see how the website resolves to 173.254.127.24. When I access that IP, I get nothing.

It's resolving to that IP because that's what has been set in its A record within the DNS system.

I talked to my web hosting company (Bluehost) and they confirmed it does resolve to 173.254.127.24. They ran scans using sucueri.net and other more comprehensive in-house tools and were unable to find any malware. I have built several other websites that resolve to 173.254.127.24 and they do not present the error, only this one site. Can you provide any more information as to what the problem is and/or why you don’t think it’s a false positive?

Thank you,

Russ

The block

Ok, great. But how come I still get the "Malicious Website Blocked" popup and the IP (178.22.124.13) is blocked? That's also what my customers are seeing.

It's because your site is pulling;

Sorry, our posts overlapped. That you for taking another look and creating an exception. What is CP?

Russ

CP = child pornography (LE were notified of the offending content. To be clear, 178.22.124.13 is NOT the offending IP hosting it).

The update containing the exception for 178.22.124.13, should be out within the next hour or so (I've got to wait for the def guys to push the update out to users).
