So after running a scan today, some things have been found in my system32 folder.  Would these be safe to quarantine?  I know system32 files are absolutely necessary, so I don't want to ruin my computer by removing them.  Would the registry key ones be safe to quarantine as well?  Is there another way to go about removing them if I'm not able to use the the quarantine?  I'm sorry if this is a dumb question, I don't know much about this type of thing.  I included a screenshot of the scan, in case you need it.

Thanks in advance for any help!
