no icons and task bar showing, but system still works by using task manager

my screen flickered then system rebooted, then I lost all icons and task bar.  but I can navigate thru task manager..anyideas.

malware did find Trojan.fakems.ed and another rootkit.poweliks

any ideas ??

I tried to reload explorer.  didn't work
