Malwarebytes finds this every time I run it but when I turn my computer on again it is back.

I was advised to download Adwcleaner but every time I try to do so, it wants to add another program with the download.  How do I get just Adwcleaner without the other program? - jb

Hello and :welcome: :

We can't work on malware diagnostics and removal in this sub-section of the forum.

So, if you think you might be infected, I suggest that you please follow the advice in this pinned topic: Available Assistance For Possibly Infected Computers.
It explains the options for free, expert help >>AND<< the preliminary steps to expedite the process.
A malware analyst will assist you with looking into your issue.

Quarantine renders the file harmless to your system.
In general, it's advisable to leave quarantined items there for several days or more, to exclude the rare chance of a false-positive or other adverse effect.
If the system is stable, it's generally OK to empty the quarantined items after several days.

(This is not unique to MBAM, but is typical for (nearly) all security applications...)

Also, from the User Guide:

This page allows the user to view the contents of this quarantine, and to restore or delete files if desired. Quarantined files are shown in a table format, with pertinent information presented to help you determine which action needs to be taken. Each quarantined file listed contains a select checkbox in the leftmost column. Checking the checkbox will allow you to restore or delete the selected file. Please note that the Restore and Delete buttons are greyed out until one or more files are selected.

You can choose to Delete All quarantined files in a single action. Should there be more than one file in quarantine, you may not restore all files in a single action. Because these files may be malicious, it is intended that you review each file which may be restored before actually doing so. The restored file will continue to be quarantined on future scans unless you add it to the list of files to be excluded from scans in Malware Exclusions.

Additionally, some types of malware require the use of multiple different scanning tools for complete detection and removal: https://forums.malwarebytes.org/index.php?/topic/130154-the-complexity-of-finding-preventing-and-cleanup-from-malware/
