Computer with several profiles & Malwarebytes doesn't work

My anti-virus software didn't stop my computer from getting affected with the Smartshopping.com and DisccountaExteNsi, etc. malware.  I used Malwarebytes (free) and some other software to remove it which I am so thankful for.  However, later I discovered that Malwarebytes only worked on one of the profiles on my computer.  My wife and son have their own profiles and these remain infected but by the time I discovered it, the free period was over.  OK, if it works it is worth purchasing but if it only protects and cleans one profile, do I need to buy multiple copies and do this cleaning multiple times.  If so I can't say that I'd be interested in the software.  I have 5 computers including a tablet and two users and one guest (our son).  How do I go about fixing and cleaning the other profiles?  This malware is vicious and I need to get rid of it.

I am attaching the FRST text files but even this FRST64.exe did not work at first on our computer for some reason (see jpg).  Before I purchase I want to know a) if it will work and b) why it only cleans one profile and doesn't protect and clean the whole computer.

This Computer:  PC, 64 bit, Win 8.1, 3 profiles.
