So I recently got hit with the nt32.exe virus. As soon as I was infected a number of my programs got wasted. My chrome broke itself, malwarebytes, windows security essentials, and I started losing permissions.

Long story short I managed to nip it with the malwarebytes anti-rootkit program. But now I can't reinstall malwarebytes or windows security essentials. When I try to install malwarebytes I get this:

Google-fu tells me I need to use the mbam-cleaner to clean out my previous screwed files from the virus. But when I do that I get this:

More google-fu tells me to install a previous version of malwarebytes, but that gives me the same result.
