Unable to load Anti-Rootkit Driver

Hello

 

I own a PC running Windows 8.1 that has 4 user accounts on it. I also have the latest premium version of Malwarebytes running on the PC. I have no issues whatsoever if just 1 of the 4 users logs in, however if more than 1 user logs in i.e. uses "switch user" so that more than one account is logged in at the same time this pop-up appears (see screenshot)

 

Only happens when more than 1 user is logged into the PC at the same time. This happens quite a lot as I may be using the PC for sometime and then my wife or children may want to log into their accounts.

 

Is this a bug or can I do something to resolve this?
