CrownedMazer Posted October 28, 2014 ID:897550 Share Posted October 28, 2014 Hello there! I am on my mother's computer ridding it of any possible viruses/malware/spyware/etc. and as my own laptop and desktop has malwarebytes on it and has been a huge help with no issues, I gave it a shot on my mother's computer. I have installed it and ran the scan and quaratined everything that was a threat then restarted, I get a message that said something along the lines of c:\program files\movies app\datamngr\apcrtldr.dll is not a valid windows image. I've searched it online and it seems that some had similar if not, exact issue and its been a result from using malwarebytes. It seemed like a lot of the people that needed similar help just needed somebody to help them with some sort of scans to get the details of the computer having the issues and go on from there. If there is anybody out there that can help me with this issue, i'd highly appreciate it!
