Web Exclusions question

This appeared upon installation.  Is this okay?  Should I remove these exclusions?  I have no idea what these are.  Screenshot attached.

It looks as if you are already working with LiquidTension in the malware removal area here: https://forums.malwarebytes.org/index.php?/topic/159696-farbar-recovery-scan-was-run/

 

It can be confusing and counter-productive to work on the same problem in two different areas of the forum.

So, I suggest that you please stay with your helper in that other topic until he gives you the all-clear.
