dllhost.exe * 32 Now won't boot

I had lots of dllhost.exe*32 running on my windows 7 64 machine.  It was using much of my cpu.  I did a malware scan.,  Still was getting outbound traffic blocked to a variety of sites.  

 

I saw a blurb in this forum to run the chameleon scan.  I did that.  the first scan worked.  As it was scanning, there were lots of pop ups saying that the outbound traffic was being blocked.  Unbeknownst to me, my husband was excluding these.  To me that says "this site is really OK, go ahead and let the traffic flow."

 

After the scan was complete, we rebooted the computer to see if it would come up clean and the pop ups would stop.

 

this is a 64 bit Lenovo running windows 7. 

 

Now the machine will not boot.  I can use f1 to go into setup.  I downloaded the Linus Lenovo diagnostic cd. It will boot from CD.  The Lenovo diagnostic checks out the hardware as being OK, even though I have upgraded the hard drive since buy the computer new.

 

I cannot use f8 and go in SAFE mode. 

 

The Lenovo is dead.  I'm looking for suggestions on getting it back up and running.  The last thing done was the malware bytes scan and the exclude
