Moving Clients from one server to another

We currently have two Servers with Malwarebytes Enterprise on each. I am needing to move client between these servers. I know that uninstalling the client from one server then re-installing the client from the other is a option. But since I have hundreds I need to move and it requires reboots with some overhead I would prefer a way to move them a little easier. Both servers are same version of OS and MBAM so there shouldn't be to much on the surface.
