Multiple Dllhost.exe*32 COM Surrogate

Recommended Posts

Please help.  For last several days when I start Windows 7, performance very sluggish.  When I look in task manager, I see multiple instances of dllhost.exe*32  description COM Surrogate.   These take up all of the memory.  From other searches, it sounds like this may be malware/virus.  I ran a Farbar recovery scan search and have attached the resulting txt files.  Any help you can offer is appreciated.
