Maniac Posted October 28, 2014 ID:898002 Share Posted October 28, 2014 Step 1Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-MalwareGo to Update tab and select Check for Updates. If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.Go to Scanner tab and select Threat Scan, then click Scan. The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient. When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected. When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart. (See Extra Note)The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.Copy&Paste the entire report in your next reply.Extra Note: If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove, you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts, click OK to either and let MBAM proceed with the disinfection process, if asked to restart the computer, please do so immediately. Step 2 Download attached fixlist.txt file and save it to the Desktop. NOTE. It's important that both files, FRST/FRST64 and fixlist.txt are in the same location or the fix will not work. NOTICE: This script was written specifically for this user, for use on that particular machine. Running this on another machine may cause damage to your operating system Run FRST/FRST64 and press the Fix button just once and wait. If for some reason the tool needs a restart, please make sure you let the system restart normally. After that let the tool complete its run. When finished FRST will generate a log on the Desktop (Fixlog.txt). Please post it to your reply. In your next reply, post the following log files:Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware logFRST log
