Stats.exe possible false positive.

This file is from a downloaded mod for battlefield 2. It very well may be a trojan but I would like to know for sure. Before running the download I scanned it manually with Emsisoft AM paid, MalwareBytes free and Hitman pro free and they didn't detect anything. After installing I scanned the install directory manually and only MBAM free detected stats.exe as a trojan.

This is no false positive - it's a gamehack, which is rather riskware, so we will change the detection name for this.

Thanks Mieke. Is the file dangerous? The main download was a relatively popular singleplayer mod for battlefield 2. There was the mod download and a seperate maps download. I understand that the mod will mod BF2 but does the file do anything outside of playing the game?

This one is not dangerous, but always be careful with gamemods/hacks
