Just installed Malwarebytes and am already getting messages about blocked malicious websites such as the one whose IP listed in the topic title, above.  I remember when using a firewall program on my previous computer, I would get messages about 'pings' from suspicious IP addresses which the firewall prevented my computer from responding which was nothing to worry about.  Is this kind of message from Malwarebytes the same thing?  More information in the log entry would be helpful in understanding what this means.

This is not an F/P. If your machine is attempting to reach out to 60.173.11.209, it's highly likely given its history, your machine is infected.
