Question for Malwarebytes Staff

Recommended Posts

In the blink of an eye migrating from R2.0.2 to R2.0.3 this week caused Hyper Scan elapsed time to increase 450%. Same thing happened when migrating from 2..0.1 to 2.0.2.

Elapsed time of Hyper scan has increased from average 2.25 min with 2.0.2 to average 9.5 min with 2.0.3. Rootkit, archive or filesystem is turned off. No the laptop hardware has not changed an no I didn't add one million files.

So why is scan time optimization a case of one step forward ten steps backward?
