Malwarebytes reporting a trojan in ComboFix.exe. False positive?

I haven't had to use the program in a while (yes, I do it under supervision, I promise), but I forgot to /uninstall it a while back.

 

I've had the same version on my desktop for a few months.  This has only popped up in the last few hours.

 

Thoughts?
