Error code 6 and infection

I am also having problems with the error code  6. I have followed you instructions for the 3 log info.

I am not sure if you are who I am supposed to get the files to, but i have attached them to this mailing


I folowed the instructions that the support department gave me in doing a clean uninstall, and reinstalling my malwarebytes premium. Then as soon as I run a scan and it goes through the heuristic scan it does not complete and i get an error code:6


what can I do to fix this problem?

I keep trying to get ahold of support the las message they sent was.....Ayush U., Oct 16 07:32 AM:

This request was closed and merged into request #572415 "Other : fail after update".

what does this mean? Who do i contact?

can you please help me?
