is there a 64 bit version for Windows 7

i just uninstalled my premium edition.

Before I re-install I'm wondering if there are separate versions for 32 and 64 bit windows 7?
Will my ID and Key still work if I had a 32 bit version(I don't know if I did or not) and I install a 64 bit version if it exists?

please send me the link to download the 64 bit version if it exists.
