Nailed with CryptoWall - Now have Malicious Website Blocked Issue

Hey there,

I got hit with the CryptoWall, successfully removed it (I think). 

Now I've got a returning popup saying "Malicious Website Blocked." The IP that my computer is trying to reach is 88.214.193.54. C:\windows\sysWOW64\svchost.exe is the file that is trying to connect to the IP.

 

I've run the reports for Farbar and Rogue and attached them.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
